Our child care centers, located in Crystal Lake, South Elgin, and Lake in the Hills, IL, are dedicated to fostering an atmosphere that encourages curiosity and growth. From our infant care to our preschool program and toddlers daycare, we ensure every child is nurtured in an environment conducive to their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We meticulously maintain our facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety, allowing your child to explore and learn without barriers.
Our Staff
Everyone knows that without the right team and teamwork you cannot succeed at building the right foundation. That is why we have a meticulous screening and hiring process to ensure that we build, maintain, and provide the kind of team that enables us to positively impact children’s development and learning. At The Learning Hills Child Care center we have a highly trained professional, caring, and warm team of teachers and support staff that constantly collaborate with each other, and the children’s parents to foster each child’s imagination for learning and growing. We require on-going training for our staff through state classes, orientation videos, in-house training, and by other certified professionals in the education field. All of our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR
